Black Pepper Crab

Ingredients :
- 500 grams crab
- 8 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- sugar
- black pepper as desired
Method :
- Grind shallots and garlic
- Saute till fragrant along wit tomao sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and butter
- Add abit of water and stir until all the ingredients become even
- Add the crabs and stir until it’s cooked
- Remove the crabs from wok and keep warm
- Serve with chopped bell pepper and broccoli
